Get notified when pawns level up!

Compatibility

- Safe to add and remove from saves.

- Add anywhere in your load order.

Notes 

- When a pawn levels up, three things happen:

- Text Notification

- Animation

- Sound Effect

All three can be individually disabled in the mod settings.

- Does not work when a pawn gets an instant level up, as when using Neurotrainer Mech Serum.
