移动由安娜NPC添加的海鹰，因为它与孤独扩展所增加的孤独码头东门重叠（见图片）。

我禁用了1个墙，因此船可以与该区域集成。

Moves the Sea Hawk added by Anna NPCs since it overlapped with the Solitude Docks East Gate added by Solitude Expansion (see images).

I disabled 1 wall so the ship could be integrated with that area.

I also added 1 set of dock stairs so that the ship and dock could stay at the same height,
