These are for a bunch of player housing mods that I use on occasion.  They are great but the player was able to immediately fast travel to them on the world map and claim them.  These patches are intended with the explorer in mind and I feel make sense for these specific homes.   You'll now have to find and discover the house on your own; at which point the map marker will be added to your map.

Download and install the individual house mods you want.  Then download and install the applicable patch.  Give my patch priority.
