This mod adds Bend Will to the following FormID lists: MineOreToolsList, DLC2StalhrimMineOreToolsList

It doesn't change the ore mining script, so you will need to shout multiple times to extract ore. I suggest pairing the plugin with Instant Mining by toaDime if you want to get three ores with one activation.

I also like Random Mining and Mining For Mages Redux by IsharaMeradin. Random Mining has MCM for choosing what effort-to-yield style you want; Lazy Man mode would be appropriate.
