I don't know who made this patch originally but a lot of people including myself have been asking for this and i found at Palaces and castles enhanced LE version page. So i wanted to make it easier on everyone to find this. 

If i'm breaking any rules tell me, sorry in advance (im new to this)

This puts the sword, Jolhert, on the wall left of you when facing the stair case going up to the throne room at the solitude palace.
