WELLBORNE - A WITCH'S HOME

INTRODUCTION:

This mod is based on The Wellborne Cabin,

originally created by MrRedMarshmallow.

This is a good little place for those who enjoy nature but don't want to go outside. 

HIGHLIGHTS:

I have planted a tree and built a little garden inside the cabin. The cabin has all the essentials - a pot for cooking, a bed for sleeping, a chest for misc. items, a dresser for your clothes, a weapon rack for your weapon, a safe to store your valuables, a barrel for your foodstuff, a place for your books right above the dining table, and finally, an enchanting station right beneath a statue of the old gods.

As you can see in the screenshots, the tree is pretty much dead and the grass isn't green. The lack of sunlight did that. 

The house / cabin is in the village of Falkreath.

You can find the key in the jarl's house.

Once you are in the jarl's big house, go to your left and go upstairs. The key is on a small table. You will have to steal it because the house technically belongs to the jarl now since the previous occupants have died. Once you steal the key, the house is yours.

You receive the following complimentary house warming gifts:

 - 4 pairs of boots in a chest.

 - 25 lock picks in a backpack.

 - The bed is kinda plain, so I included a nice fluffy pillow, which gives you a Well Rested bonus after you bury your head in it.

 - A free bottle of Argonian Bloodwine.

 - And finally, a free tankard for you to hold your beverages.

COMPATIBILITY:

 - My other house mod, the Wellborne Legacy Redux (also based on MrRedMarshmellow's mod, is not compatible with this mod because they overwrite each other. DOT NOT USE TOGETHER.
