The Sovereign is an electrical axe that can be used as a regular melee weapon, or can be thrown at distant foes before turning back to return to the thrower

There are three ways to attack with this. Melee swing, power throw, and power swing, depending on how long the attack button is held. If tapped, swing. If held for over 1.6 seconds it does a melee power attack, else it gets thrown. A new kill move is possible, as the throw can decapitiate eligible foes, after bombarding them with massive amounts of electrical current

A suspicious disturbance appears on the map, just south of Rorikstead. This is where you can meet the Sovereign
