当您喊出所有三个单词时，将天气恢复为默认的81a（清除）。

此mod还允许使用Winterhold和世界之喉的呼喊。

This mod "fix" the Clear Skies shout for who have environmental mods.

When you shout all the three words, revert the weather to the default 81a (clear).

Also this mod allow to use the shout at Winterhold and the Throat of the World.
