This is just a simple mod that adds the Ring of the Erudite and the Ring of the Beast to Harkon's outfit. This allows you to side with the Dawnguard and still obtain these rings upon killing Harkon at the end of the Dawnguard DLC . It always seemed unfair that the best ring for mages in the game was locked behind the evil vampire path.
