Adds a new follower named Xavier, he's half High Elf and Dark elf.

Also adds a spell for him to use that summons a small ghost spider and has the Ice Spike spell.

Voicetype: MaleOrc

Race: High Elf

Location: Bannered Mare (Whiterun)

Wears a modified version of Dragonscale armour (weaker)

And a modified version of an Ebony Mace (weaker)

I doubt he is immersive follower since his name is Xavier and is a Hybrid of High Elf and Dark Elf.

Future Plans:

Custom Location for his home

maybe make custom dialogue using existing sentences from Orcs

small quest

Might be more stuff in the future.
