Within OpenIV (Make sure you're in Edit Mode!) - 

- Make a backup of freight.yft, freight.ytd, freight_hi.yft and freight+hi.ytd 

- Install MrGTAmodsgerman's Bombadier Traxx BR145's mod from the link above. 

- Drag the downloaded files into \\x64e#rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles#rpf\ 

- Replace freight.ytd and freight+hi.yft with the ones downloaded from this page. 

Close OpenIV and run the game!
