I made this because I have a lot of extra content added to my game (Vigilant, Beyond Skyrim: Bruma, Darkened, Beyond Reach, Apotheosis: The Lifeless Valuts, etc., just to name a few) and I found that I was getting to be high leveled/overpowered before I even got through a third of the game. A big part of my enjoyment of Skyrim comes from the constant progress I make as my character becomes more powerful. However, that enjoyment drops off significantly when I get to be high leveled and my enemies are no longer challenging and I no longer have anything I need to level up or improve. This mod fixes that.

What this mod does: 

Reduces the speed at which your character levels up skills (and therefore levels up in general) and is compatible with Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim. Currently the only version I have uploaded reduces the level up rates by 50% for all skills. The only other change I have made was to add a 10% boost (after the 50% reduction) to the three weapon skills: One Handed, Two Handed, and Archery. I found that they leveled up significantly slower than the rest of my skills, even before using this tweak. They now level up more in line with the rest of your skills.

Value adjustments:

If you want to tweak any values yourself, you can easily do so by opening the .esp in SSEEdit. It will show the original Skyrim values, the values from Ordinator, and the values from this mod all side-by-side for easy recalculation. I'm also open to uploading different versions with different rates with or without the boost if anyone needs it.

None, just a simple .esp override that changes some numbers. Just be sure to load this after anything that changes your skills or perks.
