This is just Elegant Flying Animations by RohZima run through HavokBehaviorPostProcess.exe so that it works in special edition.

The original mod page grants permissions.

I recommend using this with FNIS PCEA2 - Player Exclusive Animations (dynamic) SE.

This will make it so that it only effects your character, and you can turn it off and on whenever you want.
