I have always liked this mod in Skyrim Legendary Edition (or Oldrim as it is known for some) but now playing the Special Edition and I missed having that open next to the front door or lounging there when stopping off in the city of stone.

I ran the 3 NIFs through NIF Optimizer, zipped up the meshes and esp and loaded the file into my mod manager (MO2), opened the file in the Creation Kit and saved it to form 44, I then ran it through SSEEdit to check it, cleaned it and booted up the game and it worked perfectly. I hope it does for you guys too.

"Who says nothing changes in a city of stone

Vlindrel Hall is one swanky cave, so why the puny landing out front? Even if the Dwemer weren’t big on landscaping, why dishonour such a panorama? Just another example of the sort of short-sightedness that gets a race derezzed. (Love this TRON reference.)

The stoop arcs left, enwreathing the steep cascade of an underground stream and terminates on the opposite face beneath Markarth’s luckiest Juniper. That there is no railing offers an unobstructed view of the majestic city, but homeowners not heeding the elevation is why Vlindrel Hall was in the market in the first place! Please observe Markarth’s strict no-spitting ordinance: people are trying to sell baskets.

Installation

Use your mod manager or if manually drop the Nifs and esp into your Skyim SE /Data folder.
