This is a Skyrim Special Edition port of the mod 'Witcher 3 Eredin Helmet' by Conny Bengtsson, it adds the helmet and mask of Eredin from the Witcher Games.

It's a really well done mod, not only is the mask of Eredin iconic and looks badass, it even fits well in combination with other mods (as seen in the pictures above). This mod suits perfect for evil playthroughs!

You can obtain the mask and helmet by cheating (I recommend using the AddItemMenu mod) or by finding it in Bleak Falls Barrow at the boss room.
