Skill Scrolls add scrolls that give you a 20% bonus to a particular skill when you cast it, similar to the 3 Guardian Stones, but it lasts for 1 real-time hour. You can buy these scrolls from merchants and find them in loot. In addition, skill books no longer give you a skill point when you read them, so now you don't have to save them for a higher level.
