This mod adds a small player home to Dawnstar. Also adds a small unofficial quest (no quest marker) to find the key to the home as it is locked and has to have the key to open it. There is a note next to the door to get you started. Please note objects in the house will not respawn if taken. All Objects in the should stay and not despawn unless took by the player.
