为什么有人想要这些?

 - “esp和bsa只需要具有相同的名称”即可工作。

These are literally empty files. They are named "emptyESL" and "emptyESP" respectively.

Why might anyone want these?

To speed up load times by packaging loose textures, meshes, and audio into a BSA. 

-"esp and bsa just need to have the same name" to work.  

-likewise, you can create a seperate BSA under the title "Mod Name - Textures.bsa" to actually use 2 BSAs per ESP (ie: meshes and textures).

-DO NOT compress any BSA containing AUDIO or you will experience degradation of quality or crashes

ESL-flagged ESPs still respond to you load order, but do not take up one of the 255 slots. In other words, if using ModManager or Vortex, you can use ESPs to specify the load orders of the BSA files so you don't accidentally override with loose textures/meshes from other mods.

I actually used to above to DECREASE the amount of texture/meshes I had by 10 GIGABYTES (I still have about 25gb of textures/meshes) by strategically overriding mods into each other then packing into (uncompressed) BSAs

You don't want to waste time downloading the CreationKit just to create empty mods or mod you are going to "write" in SSEEdit

Remove Master Dependencies: You can also rename EmptyESP, load it as the "master esp" into TesVEdit, and then "clean masters" on the dependent mod to remove "Missing Master Errors" IF YOU KNOW FOR SURE the dependency is fake (many texture/mesh mods)

[hint: if you can load the game without the supposedly needed master and the game doesn't crash after testing in a few cells, chances are the master dependency is a lie].
