Mod adds the Willy Wonka Hat to the game, you can buy or steal a hat in 'Shining Clothes' in the Solitude. You can also create a hat on the tanning rack. To do this, the hat must be in your inventory. In human, the hat is displayed with a separate hair, on Khajiit and argonian hat is displayed without a wig.  

Mod updated to version 2.0 now you can create a hat without a wig. Thank you user: Alerios for a hint! In version 2.0, you can now create a hat without a wig. Without a wig, the hair will still stick out, but you can choose the right hair. Using a hat without a wig, remember that it will not be displayed on Khajits and Argonians.
