Trevor T-shirts pack Installation: 

1. Extract the contents of 'Trevor T-shirts pack on the desktop* 

2. Use open iv and click ''edit mode''* 

3. in the left bar go to x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamdpeds_players.rpf/player_two* 

4. Replace the png's files 

5. Close open iv and play GTA 5 

6 .Find T-shirts with Menyoo trainer,or search in shops. 

7. Enjoy
