Onyx's Scythe - Stormcaller's Fury

Stormcaller's Fury was a project developed by Ronnie Magnum and myself originally exclusively for my Gemstone Prophecy follower Onyx but then he encouraged me to share it with the world. It starts with a base 30 shock damage and half to magicka damage as well, that grows as you level. I hope you like it!!
