The mod is a new player home with some new clothing and a spell along with a short quest line to get all the stuff...

The Manor it self is navmashed and with " Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions and Custom Home Support SE" you can move you wife and kids there:)

The Manor itself is in a different dimension you can use a portal to get there... and there are vendors there also a magical recharge station in your bed room and a soul fisher out back of the manor along with a soul gem to black soul gem changer...
