ClothingCraft by DrMonops is an excellent mod that is sadly only available for Oldrim. I spoke with him and although he is working on ClothingCraft 2.0 he gave me his permission to upload my own update, which I've dubbed ClothingCraft Redux to avoid confusion. That being said, here are the details:

Features:

All of the features from the Original ClothingCraft plus my additions. 

All in all ClothingCraft Redux adds:

- A new Tailoring skill

- 7 new Tailoring perks, each with multiple ranks (access through MCM)

- New crafting stations including the Sewing Basket and Spinning Wheel

- New crafting materials such as Linen, Cotton, and Silk

- New Dyes for dying materials

- All materials and crafting stations are integrated into the world

- Crafting recipes for almost all clothing items

- Updated for WACCF and WACCF Armor and Clothing Extension

Perks

A Tailoring perk point is granted every 5 Tailoring skill increases.

Each perk only applies when only clothing is worn (No ArmorHeavy or ArmorLight keywords, and at least 3 items of clothing)

Athletic Wear - 3 Ranks - Move 10% faster each rank

Couture - 4 Ranks - Buying prices are 5% better each rank

Rags to Riches - 4 Ranks - Selling prices are 5% better each rank

Silver Lining - 5 Ranks - Bribes cost 10% less each rank

Deep Pockets - 4 Ranks - Carry Weight is increased by 25 each rank

Cushioned Soles - 5 Ranks - Take 5% less falling damage each rank

Iron Fabric - 5  Ranks - Receive an armor rating directly proportional to the gold value of your worn clothing as follows: 

Rank 1 - 25% of gold value

Rank 2 - 50% of gold value

Rank 3 - 75% of gold value

Rank 4 - 100% of gold value

Rank 5 - 125% of gold value

Compatibility

Likely incompatible with any mod that drastically alters clothing.

May be incompatible with mods that alter the locations where the new crafting workbenches have been placed, at worst there could be minor clipping.

A bashed/smashed patch is required for leveled list compatibility.
