DESCRIPTION

A follower who is a Dhampir - part Human and part Vampire!

You can find him in Dragonsreach.

He can use Lightning Bolt, Sparks, Firebolt, Fire Storm, Healing, and Oakflesh. 

However, he mostly uses the Sparks spell.

AND

He has the ability to use Dragon Flames Breath!!!
