I always wanted to find a way to implement facial animation for werewolves, so here it finally is. Werewolves can now make facial expressions, blink and even lipsync. I also disabled that static noise that transformed werewolves emitt which was caused by a minor background quest in the Dawnguard DLC.

I also included "weighted" body meshes for both genders, and they don't overwrite the vanilla body meshes, thus you can safely use female skins or use skins from Moonlight Tales without worrying about missing a head. Credits to the author of Mighty Beasts

I also uploaded a patch for Moonlight Tales which makes the player-used skins take up the head slot to prevent duplicate heads. However, the skins still don't have facial animation unlike the assets I included in this mod, due to technical limitations.

Future plans:

If I find the time to make up for more on my computer and install Oldrim, I might as well port this mod to that one.
