A fully navmeshed small house with a living area, crafting, and storage. It is in the Tamriel world for a quick drop off and back to adventuring.

Darkwater Hot Springs Shack  is a small starter home located next to the Darkwater Crossing with no load doors. It is the fourth installment of my two day house mod series, one day for creating and another for navmesh and testing. They are intended to be small, way stations for survival mods, not elaborate mansions.  It  features full crafting, a small house, storage, and a bed. I made this house as a place to quickly sleep, dump and run. It adds a few new assets but I made this mod with a minimalist mindset so it is not as decorated as some of my other house mods. All containers are set to not respawn so they should be safe for storage. If you are still leery about storing our gear, I suggest General Stores with craftable cloud storage.You may live there, craft there, or move on. Included in Version 1.0:A fully navmeshed house in Tamriel with plenty of storage, a bed, and crafting.
