***INSTALLATION*** 

- put or create new folder called "duke690" in dlcpacks 

- add new line in dlclist: dlcpacks:\duke690\ 

- spawn name : duke690 

Probably some things are wrong or not really correct but after many hours of tests and modifications all seems to works fine.
