Ivarstead Overlook Manor is a modest house mod with a crafting area on the balconies and a cooking inside the house. There is also a pool inside. It has a few storage containers and is located outside Ivarstead. It has an unlocked map marker. While it does qualify as a two day house, it is not a part of the series as it is in an interrior cell.

Included in Version 1.0:

A house with three beds, fully navmeshed for followers

A large area with potted alchemy plants, torchbug lanterns, retextured trees, and other plants.

Crafting, alchemy, & enchanting. 

A pretty nice view of Ivarstead and Narfi's shack

Followers will not live here unless you have a mod that allows for followers to move to custom houses.
