I found that when I received the mission to clear out Wolfskull cave that I could not do it because the ice covering the entrance would not disappear.  I wrote this small mod to permanently remove the ice floor so that the mission could be completed.  I tested the mod as much as I could by going to the cave before receiving the mission and exploring the whole place.  I then got the mission and went back and completed it successfully.  I hope this helps anyone that came across the same problem that I had.  Just install it using whatever mod manager you use.  It should be loaded at the end of your mods to make sure the opening stays opened.
