I just saw this in a random photo online and replicated it, so don't know the exact name. 

P.S. The livery contains a body colored trunk. So if you want the carbon hood, choose it from the vehicle modifications. 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

-Install car from here: www#gta5-mods#com/vehicles/2003-porsche-carrera-gt-980 

-Open the .ytd file and replace 'cgt_sign_1' with my texture. 

-Save the changes. 

-Enjoy!
