This mini livery pack is based off of the real life Richmond, Virginia (USA) police department. These liveries were designed to fit t0y's LSPD Mega Pack (linked). The all blue lights mod was also used for the screenshots shown (linked also). To install this, first install t0y's mega pack into OpenIV, then open the texture file for each vehicle in GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf. find & replace the default textures while in edit mode. You have to rename the texture to the desired slot you have. For example, the CVPI would be renamed cvpi_sign_1. For more info watch the video below on how to replace/import textures.
