Seaside Estate是一个位于孤寂岩石拱门下的大型游乐场，可以欣赏到最北端帝国的海岸美景。这栋房子没有锁或购买费用。该房屋也完全是NavMeshed，使得完全跟随者兼容。在接下来的几周内，它也将采用友好的方式。随着时间的推移，这个家将收到许多补丁和新功能和内容。这个mod包含以下功能：

Seaside Estate is a large player home situated under the solitude rock arch, making for a fantastic seaside view of the empires northern-most port. This house has no lock or purchase cost. The home is also fully NavMeshed, making for full follower compatibility. In the coming weeks it will also be adoption friendly. As time passes this home will receive many patches and new features and content.This mod contains the following features:

-Full sized player home

-Dock with boat

-Discovered map marker

-Roof top with all crafting stations

-Master bedroom with changing day-night cycles

-Large mannequin room

-Large weapon rack room

-Full sized kitchen and dining room 

-Player chests located in bedroom

-Basement trapdoor located in stairwell

-Full sized perk room in the basement 

-2nd floor bar

-Fully furnished

-All standing stones and Daedra shrines in basement

-Fully NavMeshed
