Install: 

Open OpenIV and simpy drop the file in GtaV/mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streampeds_player.rpf/player_one 

Recommend to wear with Menyoo trainer. 

Type: 11 

Texture: 2 (in Readme it says texture 3, but it is texture 2)
