PRESENTATION

This mod adds trees in and around Whiterun. The objective of the mod is to offer a more natural version of Whiterun while maintaining stable performance. You should not have an FPS drop.

The mod also includes texture correction under the city of Whiterun to remove unnecessary grass, so you don't need to use my mod Whiterun Landscape Texture Fix For Grass Mods.

The latest version of Skyrim Special Edition

The Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch

COMPATIBILITY

Fully compatible with Open Cities Skyrim (and Skyrim 3D Trees whitout Open Cities Skyrim actually) with the adapted version that you will find for download.

INSTALLATION

Nexus Mod Manager

Download the mod via NMM

Activate the mod

Set the load order with NMM, LOOT or MO and make sure it's well placed after Open Cities Skyrim (if you have it) and all mods that change the environment such as Tamriel Reloaded SE, Skyrim Flora Overhaul SE or The People of Skyrim Complete SSE

Manually

Download the mod manually

Extract the archive into the data folder of the game

UNINSTALLATION

Desactivate the mod or Delete it by right clicking on it in the mod's list.

Delete "Whiterun Trees Overhaul (+ extension if you using a patched version).esp" 

The file is located (by default) in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data".
