The grand lighthouse tower is located on a cliff at the mouth of the White River. It is an important landmark on the shipping route leading to the port of Windhelm. The lighthouse keeper creates a magical light on top of the tower every night.

To get to the lighthouse use the boats that are near the ruined camp (look at the screenshot).
