2:Open the Low,Mid or High DoF folder and copy all FIles into youre Witcher 3 x64 folder and overright existing files like d3d11.dll and dxgi.dll (Before, make a Backup from youre d3d11.dll and dxgi.dll) !!!!

The Path is:

HDD: \GoG Galaxy\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\x64

Thats it!

Ingame:

Turn DoF On and OFF with the "END" Key
