LEGENDARY EDITION



This video is a showcase of the effects in the Legendary Edition Version.

Worth mentioning that I'm really new to modding!

Description:

High definition, colour corrected flames and explosions.

Aim is to increase range of hue and luminosity creating richer visuals and more realism for all fire.

Noticeably higher definition in many flame types, new realistic candle flames, better fire spell FX, more modded files and improvements in colouration and quality.

1-2 Fps drop when casting spells was the only performance change I detected during my testing.

Compatibility:

This mod is naturally incompatible with other mods that retexture fire.

It will not crash your game, but one or the other will override each other.

I've tested the Embers HD mod and everything seems to be working.

Only install the better flames addon for Embers HD if you want that mod's static fire effects over this one's.

The two mods will not conflict, but Embers HD will always override this mod's effects no matter the loadorder.

If you use both mods, you will still have the explosions, spell and dragon fire effects from this mod.

Further testing with other fire mods have not been done and results may vary.
