极简主义的水上大修。

我修改了香草水纹理，使其看起来不那么粘稠，因为香草水看起来像油性糖浆。

这样做的好处是lod tiling或mod不兼容性不会出现问题。

河流看起来更加逼真，部分原因是海岸和河岸现在有更平静和更透明的水，而不是以不自然的角度穿过它们的高镜面和大的明显波浪。

专为黑曜石天气设计，虽然兼容任何天气模型

BC7压缩导致压缩伪像可忽略不计

Very minimalist water overhaul.

I modified the vanilla water textures to appear less viscous, as the vanilla water looked like oily syrup.

The benefit to this is there will be no issues with lod tiling or mod incompatibilities.

Rivers appear much more realistic, in part because the shores and riverbanks now have calmer and more transparent water, as opposed to high specular and large obvious waves previously passing through them at unnatural angles.

Designed for Obsidian Weathers, though compatible with any weather mod

BC7 compressed resulting in negligible compression artifact
