“天际”令人印象深刻的魔法中的许多问题之一就是你无法在一个有意义的时间获得“好”法术：即使你将所有的积分都倾注到Magicka并将所有的额外费用投入到施法中，你也没有 因为可用性仅基于角色等级，所以比纯粹的战斗构建更快地获得法术。

Oblivion得到了这个权利，让你一旦掌握了施放技能就可以购买各级法术，但是在天际中实施这些法术的努力比实际值得多，所以因为Magicka和Perks限制你仅仅施放“适当的”法术 只是采取了简单的方法。

这个超级简单的mod改变了学院法术供应商的水平列表，使他们的所有法术都可以从1级获得。战利品中的法术书籍不受影响。

One of the many problems with Skyrim's underwhelming magic is that you just can't get "good" spells at a meaningful time: even if you're pouring all your levelup points into Magicka and all your perks into casting, you don't have access to spells any sooner than a pure combat build, because availability is only based on character levels.

Oblivion got this right, letting you buy each level of spells once you had the skill to cast them, but implementing that in Skyrim is more effort than it's really worth, so since Magicka and Perks limit you to only casting "appropriate" spells anyway I just took the easy way out.

This super-simple mod changes the leveled lists for the College spell vendors to make all their spells available from level 1. Spell books in loot are unaffected.
