Port of Tasheni's Frost

Original description:

This replaces vanilla Frost with my unique one. He's now a real stallion, essential, faster than vanilla horses and has more stamina. He uses a unique fitting saddle from my Redguard Saddle collection.

I only replaced the models and textures and adjusted the stats. Everything else stays vanilla.
