Adds a forgeable ring that boosts speed by 25%.

The ring can be disenchanted, and once learned the enchantment can be applied to any Stamina gear slot. The enchantment is always 25% regardless of your Enchanting skill.

Works on Followers too, which is great for Mages who want their Housecarl tanks to keep up with them.

FAQ

Q: How do I make one?

A: At a forge, like it says. You'll need a FILLED Common Soul Gem and a Quicksilver Ingot.

Q: Why a ring?

A: If you put it on boots, you screw over players who want to use the other type of armor (or none at all) so then they pretty much HAVE to just disenchant it immediately.

Q: Why always 25%?

A: Because otherwise you'd have to grind Enchanting into the 70-plus range to be able to make one for your Followers.

Q: Make it need a Grand Soul instead!

A: meh.

Q: Can you add the Jewel Of The Rumare?

A: I'm considering it. (It won't be disenchantable though, because it would be a multi-enchantment item).

Q: Better yet, how about the Ring Of Skimming?

A: Likewise.
