This is a port of the Chicken's Bounty from original Skyrim to SSE by Jokerine. All credits go to her for the design and implementation of this mod. Many thanks for allowing open permission to port this over. The original mod can be found here:

The .esp has been saved in form 44 in the CK. All meshes and textures have been processed and run through the latest version of NifOptimizer to insure compatibility with SSE. Since this is a port, this mod is offered as-is and will not be getting any support from Jokerine. 

She has retired from modding and is not planning on updating any of her mods anytime soon. I can provide limited support and I did test it 

in my game to make sure it works. 

Important tip!! 

The bad guy that you fight to get the house in this mod was lvl 40 for me when I went to test the mod to make sure it works. Just a heads up if you plan on trying to get this right away if you have a low level character.

Here is the description from Jokerine on the Oldrim page:

This little place, to the left of where you'll meet Karita, is a comfy cave with some basic amenities - a bed, an alchemy station, cooking spit, a bookcase, and safe storage. It has a small (and in my opinion atleast, amusing) little backstory. 

The place is fully navmeshed for your followers and there are a couple of idle markers, so they can stay here while you deal with the Greybeards and such.
