Chateau du Fromage (house of cheese) is a small dimensional house in its own world cell. Every house I have made for Morrowind and Oblivion has had a small shrine or statue of Sheogorath. I was very disappointed that Beth did not include a statue of Sheo in Skyrim. About a month ago, I was asked to make an NPC into a statue for Fallout 4, whilst I didn't find any tutorials, I decided to experiment with Sheogorath to see if it were possible. While he's in his resting pose, he still serves my purpose. 

Chateau du Fromage includes a small bottle that serves as a health potion also. When consumed, it will teleport you to a strange world with crafting, resting, and some harvesting and restore 10 points of health. It is fully navmeshed, while followers will not follow you, if you have a mod that has a call spell, they will be able to move around, and there are also two beds for them to use if you choose to park them. You can find the bottle in the Blue Palace in the jarl's quarters. It is not considered theft so the bottle will not be taken if you are caught. Consume the bottle and you are good to go. When you're ready to travel back to Tamriel, activate the empty bottle in the front yard and you will be teleported back to the same spot you left from.
