Vault 111 Overseer Armor Horizon Patch

此补丁使Vault 111 Overseer Armor的Rugged版本与Horizon兼容。 

护甲值现在与地平线一致。

它适用于Horizon的所有定制工艺。 

魔术效果已被删除，因为这是Horizon的工作方式。

此外，背包可升级，与Horizon中的双槽背包相同。 

这不是一个独立的版本，需要原始的mod。

This patch makes the Rugged Version of Vault 111 Overseer Armor compatible with Horizon. 

Armor values are now in line with horizon.

It works with all of Horizon's custom crafting. 

Magic effects have been removed because that's how Horizon works.

Plus the backpack is upgradable the same way the double slot backpacks in Horizon are. 

This is not a stand alone version and requires the original mod.
