So, I wanted to make the best Sanctuary settlement possible, the most immersive of fortified towns. But it was difficult to do so with the unevenness of the terrain! I don't know about you, but it kind of annoys me when my cement foundation has grass coming up through it! So, I embarked upon an epic quest, a quest to make the first of my (hopefully many) mods! A Flat Sanctuary, covered with green grass, and surrounded by towering concrete Covenant walls! A New bridge, made of stone and steel, to cross the river to Red Rocket! New roads, damaged but usable, with which your settlers can traverse your new settlement!

Please keep in mind that this is still a WIP. There are things I know I need to fix, I'm just still working out how with the help of whomever I can get my hands on!
