By using mods that were made for Skyrim 2011 that edit exterior cells the water in that cell may not be seamless with the cells around it causing the flow of water to be flowing in the wrong direction or the water to be a different type and color. This mod will fix that issue. This way the mod authors do not need to worry if their mod is not updated to support the new water flow in exterior cells.

To install just download then extract folder and drag plugin, and bsa into your data folder. And make sure that this plug-in always loads near the end of the load order and ensure it loads after every mod that edits exterior cells and ensure that it loads before mods that edit exterior cells that were purposely changed by the mod.
