Wasteland Lair is a small Rest area for the player and companions to stop in on occasion to rest and relax.  Here you can find planty of storage for your gear and occasionally stock up on some ammo.  You will find some workbenches for crafting, cooking and repairing.

There is a fresh water spring in the lower area so drink up and refresh.  This area is cool so keeping your chems in the footlocker here is a good place to keep them fresh.

There are a pair of peaceful molerats that hang around to keep you company and amused, they can only be killed by the player, so if anyone takes potshots at them they will turn hostile.
