侠盗猎车手5「GTA5」Mod: GTA IV styled NOOSE PIA Stanier

Let's roll back the clock a decade, 2008 - When the PIA were enforcing the Jingoism Act as if the lives of Americans really did depend on it, and it wasn't just a sorry excuse for the federal government to spy on it's own citizens. 

This mod brings back the NOOSE PIA Stanier from GTA IV. That includes the pushbar, glass divider, antennas, wheels, radio, spotlight, liveries and stickers. The only difference being the lightbar, because frankly it was the thing I hated the most about the NOOSE vehicles when playing IV. Regardless, it's been restored to it's former glory ready for you to promote patriotism and strictly regulate immigration, just as the Office of Security Enforcement intended! 

Included are 4 different liveries: 

- L.C. PIA 

- L.S. PIA 

- S.A. PIA 

- U.S. PIA 

This model also features a working spotlight. 

NOTE: 

If you know how to install addon cars, thats great! For those who aren't so famililiar with it, I suggest installing Albo1125's Modding DLC pack first, and then following the installation instructions I've provided in the readme.txt file
