Changes synth chest armor to be a necklace so it can be worn with other chest pieces; before it would take any other chest armor you were wearing off and I found it kind of odd because it looks like a neck brace and goes with any other chest armor really nicely. I've added optional Armor Keywords, and Armorsmith Extended patches.

Installation: Drag and drop Data folder contained in the .zip to the same location where your Fallout4.exe is or use any mod manager you'd like.

Uninstall: Delete SynthNeckpieces.esp from your Data folder.
