Meet Ulla and Abi Fair-Winter. They've moved into Riverwood, and set up an open-air shop behind the Sleeping Giant Inn. Ulla sells the same magic supplies as any court mage, and her wife Abi sells potions, recipes, and ingredients. They also have an arcane enchanter free for public use.Together with Alvor and Lucan, this gives Riverwood the full set of vendors and crafting stations you would expect from a major city.
